Why is there a lead time for my order?
All of our products are made-to-order. Each and every order you kindly leave with us is constructed and finished by hand. We hold ourselves and our work to a very high standard, hence we believe this is the only way we may look over the whole process. Our intent is to ensure complete quality assurance across our whole product offering, from our hands to yours. Rest assured, we will provide routine progressive reports on the status of your order via email.

 

Can I return my ring?

We do not accept returns at this time. However, if you ordered  the wrong size. we're happy to offer an exchange. Reach out to silencebyt@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll help get the right size to you. The ring must be unworn and in its original condition. 

 

How do I find my ring size? 

We recommend using a ring you already own that fits well and measuring its inner diameter. You can also visit a local jeweller for an accurate sizing. If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges for a different size, as long as the ring is unworn and returned in its original condition. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll walk you through the steps.
